As we enter another week, I want to take a moment to check in with you all. How are you doing? With everything going on in our lives and in the world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and weighed down by stress. Many of you in my community have shared that you’re feeling the weight of the world, whether it's the people around you or just the everyday pressures we face.

But I’m here to remind you that movement can be one of the most powerful ways to release stress, clear your mind, and step into your power.

In today’s post, I’m sharing my latest BOY Movement Workout and how it’s designed not just to get you moving physically but to recharge your energy and boost your mental clarity. Let’s dive in!
