All orders within the European Union ship from Hamburg, Germany via DHL.

We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) within the EU meaning no extra taxes or import duties for you.
UNITED STATES & CANADA
Orders ship from Australia via international couriers.

GENERAL SHIPPING NOTES
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Amber Maxwell is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect details.
All shipments include tracking but are not insured by Amber Maxwell. Once items are marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or other factors beyond our control.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
At Amber Maxwell, we want you to love the items you purchase from us and strive for your complete satisfaction.
If you need to exchange an item or request a store credit, please notify us by email and return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To start the process, contact us at info@ambermaxwellofficial.com with your name and order number in the subject line to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Our team will provide you with the next steps.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are returned within the 7-day timeframe.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original swing tags and garment bag intact.
- The RA number must be included with the returned product.
- Exchanges must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Please specify the item you want in exchange, including size, colour, and style.
Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Amber Maxwell is not responsible for lost parcels.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
Please Note:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect sizing or items that do not fit. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ambermaxwellofficial.com with details and photos of the issue. We aim to resolve or replace faulty/incorrect items within 7 days.
