EXCHANGE & RETURNS
At Amber Maxwell, we want you to love the items you purchase from us and strive for your complete satisfaction.

If you need to exchange an item or request a store credit, please notify us by email and return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To start the process, contact us at info@ambermaxwellofficial.com with your name and order number in the subject line to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Our team will provide you with the next steps.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are returned within the 7-day timeframe.

Eligibility for Exchange
* Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original swing tags and garment bag intact.
* The RA number must be included with the returned product.
* Exchanges must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
* Please specify the item you want in exchange, including size, colour, and style.

Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Amber Maxwell is not responsible for lost parcels.

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ambermaxwellofficial.com with details and photos of the issue. We aim to resolve or replace faulty/incorrect items within 7 days.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Packaging Note:
Your garments come in a reusable plastic zip-lock bag, perfect for storing your activewear after workouts or for keeping your phone and essentials dry at the beach.

Packaging

Your candle is carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap and placed inside a reusable zip-lock bag to help keep it safe during delivery.

The zip-lock bag and bubble wrap can be kept and reused for storage, travel or protecting other small essentials.

Please remove all packaging before lighting your candle.
